for over twenty years, manoj has worked in just about every kind of agency you can think of. from the small scrappy independent ones to the network juggernauts. and he’s written for everything from alcohol to zinc sheets. if it had to be sold, he’s probably had a go at it.
he’ll now switch to the first person for no apparent reason.
along the way, i’ve led teams, built teams, and been part of them. i’ve mentored juniors, argued with planners, and convinced account people to back ideas that looked impossible until they weren’t.
somewhere in there i helped set up an agency from scratch, built brands, and won a ridiculous number of pitches.

what i actually bring is simple:
- clear principles.
- sharp thinking.
- and work that gets noticed.
i’m strong on the fundamentals. which means i can play jazz with the work.
that’s the meat. everything else is cutlery.
